Terms of service
Last updated: October 9, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the STRAKE CHRONO website and purchases made through it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.
Eligibility and lawful use
You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes; interfere with site security; submit false information; or infringe the rights of STRAKE CHRONO or any third party.
Product information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, colors, availability, and images accurately. Screen settings, photography, manufacturer updates, and reasonable measurement tolerances may cause minor differences. Product packaging and included materials may change without notice when the supplied item remains materially equivalent.
Prices, errors, and availability
Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. We may correct typographical, pricing, inventory, or product-information errors. An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. Before shipment, we may decline or cancel an order affected by an error, inventory problem, suspected fraud, payment issue, export restriction, or other legitimate business reason. If payment has been collected for a canceled order, it will be refunded.
Orders and payment
You represent that all billing, shipping, and payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We may request reasonable verification, limit quantities, or hold an order while conducting payment, identity, address, or fraud checks. You are responsible for charges, taxes, duties, and fees shown at checkout or imposed by authorities, subject to applicable law.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.
One-year STRAKE CHRONO warranty
Every watch purchased from STRAKE CHRONO is covered by a limited warranty provided directly by STRAKE CHRONO for one year from confirmed delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship arising under normal intended use. It does not cover normal wear, batteries, straps or bracelets, cosmetic damage, accidental damage, loss or theft, unauthorized repair or modification, improper use or care, or water damage caused by misuse or operation beyond the product’s stated water-resistance rating. Proof of purchase is required. We may inspect the watch and, at our option and as permitted by law, repair it, replace it with the same or an equivalent item, or issue an appropriate refund. Contact us through our Contact page before sending any item. This is a warranty provided by STRAKE CHRONO and does not represent that a manufacturer warranty applies. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
The site, branding, layout, text, graphics, photographs, logos, and other content owned by or licensed to STRAKE CHRONO are protected by intellectual-property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, scraped, or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.
Third-party services and links
Payment processors, carriers, manufacturers, and linked third-party sites operate under their own terms and policies. STRAKE CHRONO is not responsible for third-party acts or content outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. STRAKE CHRONO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a greater remedy.
