These Terms of Service govern use of strakechrono.com and purchases from STRAKE CHRONO (“Strake Chrono,” “we,” “us” and “our”). By placing an order or using our store, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds, Warranty Centre and Privacy Policy form part of this store information. Please read them before purchase.
Our watches and product information
STRAKE CHRONO sells genuine, brand-new watches sourced through our watch supply partners. Watches include their original brand box and the warranty card or documentation supplied for that model. Brand packaging and document format may vary. Product listings identify the model, features and any specific inclusions.
We aim to keep descriptions, photographs, prices and stock accurate. Screen settings and photography may affect how colors appear. Minor packaging updates may occur without changing the watch supplied. We do not substitute a materially different model without your agreement. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their use identifies the products offered.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract, or have the required permission from a parent or guardian. Provide accurate account, payment and delivery information. Keep your sign-in details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. You must not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders or interfere with its operation.
Orders, prices and payment
Prices, currency, shipping charges and applicable taxes shown at checkout should be reviewed before payment. Any import charges payable separately are explained in Shipping & Delivery. Promotions apply only under the terms displayed with them.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not by itself confirm acceptance. We may review payment, address information and stock before accepting and dispatching an order. You must be authorized to use the selected payment method.
If an item is unavailable, a material pricing or listing error occurs, or an order cannot lawfully or safely be fulfilled, we may decline or cancel it before dispatch. We will notify you and refund any amount collected for the cancelled item. We will not charge a corrected higher price without your agreement.
Preparation, shipping and cancellation
In-stock orders are normally prepared in 1–2 business days, with estimated delivery in 7–8 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Timing, tracking, address changes, international charges and delay support are detailed in Shipping & Delivery.
Contact us immediately for a cancellation request before dispatch; cancellation cannot be guaranteed once preparation has begun. Once handed to the carrier and in transit, an order cannot be cancelled as a change of mind. After delivery, an unworn watch may be returned if it meets our Returns & Refunds conditions. This does not limit required remedies for delayed dispatch, non-delivery, defects or seller error.
Returns and refunds
Our standard voluntary return window is 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. RATIO watches have the specific 60-calendar-day window described in the Warranty Centre and Returns & Refunds policy. Change-of-mind returns require prior authorization and an unworn, unused, unaltered watch with all original packaging, protective materials, tags and documentation. Refunds are subject to inspection. Strake Chrono warranty
Every watch includes at least one year of limited warranty directly from Strake Chrono, beginning at delivery. Any longer brand-specific period stated in the Warranty Centre or confirmed with the watch applies to that purchase. The coverage, exclusions and service process are set out in Warranty Centre. This is separate from any manufacturer warranty that may apply; a supplied brand warranty card does not guarantee manufacturer warranty eligibility.
Intellectual property and external services
Our store design, original text, logos and other original material are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may browse and use them for personal shopping but may not commercially reproduce them without permission. Third-party brand materials remain the property of their owners.
Payment providers, carriers and linked third-party websites operate their own services and terms. Their involvement does not remove our responsibilities to you under the purchase contract or applicable law. Our store is hosted on BigCommerce; personal-information handling is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Responsibility and consumer protections
We take reasonable care in operating the store but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every technical error will be avoided. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms do not limit mandatory protections that apply in your place of residence. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
